Data collected
We process browsing data collected automatically by IT systems (IP address, browser, pages visited) and the data you provide voluntarily through contact forms or by email (first name, last name, email address, phone number, organisation and message content).
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to information requests, manage relationships with schools, universities, HR departments and public bodies, fulfil legal obligations and ensure the security of the site. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject, the performance of pre-contractual measures and the legitimate interest of the controller.
Processing and retention
Processing is carried out with electronic and manual tools, in compliance with adequate security measures. Data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, within the limits set by applicable law.
Disclosure of data
Data may be disclosed to parties carrying out instrumental activities on behalf of the controller (IT service providers, consultants, hosting) appointed as data processors. Data is neither disseminated nor transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to info@adiuva.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
